Return and refund policy

At City Limits, we know how much heart goes into finding the perfect gift. Whether it’s a cozy pair of socks or a fun plushie, we want you to be completely delighted with your order. To ensure fairness and clarity for all our customers, we have outlined our straightforward 14-day return policy below.

1. The Nature of Our Products (Exemptions)

Due to the nature of our inventory, the following items are exempt from standard returns:

  • Hygiene & Health: For health and safety reasons, any socks or legwear that have been worn, washed, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.
  • Final Sale: Any items marked as clearance or final sale at the time of purchase.

2. Standard Returns

For eligible items (such as unused plushies, home goods, and unopened legwear):

  • Notification & Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us and return the item to our Omaha boutique.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition with all tags attached.

3. No Restocking Fees

We believe in transparent service. City Limits charges $0.00 Restocking Fees for all eligible returns.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we will make it right:

  • Reporting: Please report any damage or defects within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence: Email photos of the damaged item and the original packaging to support@citylimitsomaha.us.
  • Resolution: We will provide a full refund or a replacement for any items confirmed as damaged or defective upon arrival.

5. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive your return or verify the damage, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued directly to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: For eligible returns due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Our Error: If we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective, City Limits will cover all associated return shipping costs.
